Purpose of the Blog

A student teacher at our school encouraged me to create a blog community in which teachers can share general and specific teaching ideas.  I believe teachers need to continually grow in our field and change as the culture of teenagers that walk through our doors change.  Please share what you've tried/what works in your classroom and we can all learn/grow together to create better learning communities within our classrooms!
